Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) design for Prosperity Property is a consulting service for people looking to purchase properties for investment.

Once the logo and website had been designed, the client asked for an EDM design.

The EDM simply follows the design of the website as a base, but simplifies it a great deal. As we assume that the end-user has little time to spare, the focus was on ensuring the articles within the EDM were easily legible, and not to distract the end-user with superfluous graphics.

The points of the hexagonal shape of the logo have been used to move the eye down the page, pointing the end-user to the beginning of each article, helping them easily skim the articles to decide whether to read or not. The colour bars have been used to break up the EDM into sections, further aiding the skimming process and saving the end-user valuable reading time.
