The title of this blog post was unashamedly stolen from this article in the New York Times: Told to Eat Its Vegetables, America Orders Fries. This line struck me as a great way to look at poor eating choices. So, I’m going to view my poor eating choices as a bad habit. And kick it.
Simple.
How?
Dunno, I haven’t thought that far ahead :S
Cut down on desserts, eat less food in general (try to expend more calories than I take in), have less (or no) sugar in my tea, have lemon tea instead of milk tea, drink green tea, cook more dinners (Malaysian food can very quite fatty, and there isn’t much in the way of salads).
